BEFORE THE CONFERENCE:
Workshops are held on Monday, August 27th at Unbounce HQ.
If you’ve signed up for Monday’s optional workshops, head to the Unbounce office (401 West Georgia Street, floor 4). The workshops take place from 9am – 6pm—you can find each session time on the agenda page. Registration will be held in the first-floor lobby starting at 8am.
The Welcome Reception is Monday, August 27th at Library Square Pub.
Join us for a welcome reception Monday, August 27th at 7pm at Library Square Pub (300 West Georgia Street – right across the street from Unbounce HQ). RSVP here for the Welcome Reception and After Party.
You can pre-register for the conference on Monday in the Unbounce HQ lobby.
Workshop and pre-conference registration will be held in the Unbounce HQ lobby (401 West Georgia Street) on Monday, August 27th starting at 8am. If you’re participating in the workshops, register to get checked in and receive your conference badge before heading up the fourth floor to get started. If you’re not participating in the workshops but want to skip the registration line before the conference starts on Tuesday, swing by the Unbounce lobby to get your badge too!

CTAConf isn’t typically a suit-and-tie kinda conference. When in doubt, a t-shirt, jeans and a blazer is always a smart choice.

CTAConf is at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre (650 Hamilton St).

Registration starts at 8:00 AM.
Arrive early to beat the rush!
Breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks are included.
We’ll have a breakfast spread each morning starting at 8:00 am, a lineup of food trucks to choose from at lunch and lots of different types of snacks and beverages throughout the day. Don’t worry, there will be lots of options for vegetarian, gluten-free and those with allergies.
The Wifi network is VANWIFI.
No password is required.

There is lots of parking in the area.
There are paid underground parking lots under the Queen Elizabeth Theatre venue. The cost is $8.00 – $10.00 per day. Registration starts at 8:00am Monday, June 26th. Arrive early for a good spot! There are other paid parking lots in the area at 688 Cambie Street (Easy Park ), 150 West Pender Street (Easy Park), 250 West Pender Street (Impark).
The closest SkyTrain station is Stadium Chinatown.
The closest stop to Queen Elizabeth Theatre is Stadium Chinatown Station. Take the Beatty Street Exit, walk up Dunsmuir and make a left onto Hamilton Street.
Redeem swag by collecting stamps in your CTAConf Passport.
This year we’ve set up a pretty awesome Passport to CTAConf (you’ll receive yours at registration). You can collect stamps by participating in different activities in the Inside Unbounce tent and redeem them at our swag booth.
BEYOND THE CONFERENCE:
The After Party starts at 7:00pm on Wednesday, August 29th at Portside Pub.
